Couples Counseling
 
Lani Solutions, LLC was originally founded to help people move forward in their relationships and to feel centered and safe in the process;  working with couples in Santa Fe that feel their partnerships are threatened or their dynamics are destructive. I aim to work almost alchemically to strip the stress out of the relationship and interpersonal challenges and bring them to their true essence: invitations for connection and understanding.
Part of my role in working with you is to carry hope when you can no longer carry it, I will always be in favor of your relationship over your separation, unless their are incidents of emotional of physical violence.  Success in therapy is most dependent on your role as clients; your commitment to creating changes and your sense of curiosity towards yourself.
 
Family Therapy
I work with families in need of assistance to ease the dynamics to a more fulfilling and sustainable place by using principals of positive communication and narrative therapy.
 
I teach family therapy at Southwestern College, addressing the different theories and techniques of family therapy. This assists me in staying familiar with the experts in the field
